Polish Language

Cost Adult: $50.00 for 6 Weeks

Cost Children: $35.00 for 6 Weeks

Learn to speak the Polish language. The classes introduce the basics for beginners and those who want to refresh and practice conversational Polish.

Line Dances / Polkas / Slow / Two Step / Jive/ Obereks Waltz and more.

Lets dance! You can dance and you can have the time of your life! Dances introduced for an hour, practice with music the other hour. No tennis shoes! Get ready for a good time!

Introduction to Polish/Creative Dance for Children

$35.00 for 6 Weeks

This class offers 45 minutes of creative dance to promote motor skills and fun through dance. All types of music are used. Ballet shoes/dance attire are required.

Cultural Classes

Szopka is a one day class that teaches the art of making a manger scene with foils. Cost is $15.00.

Wyciannki is a one day class that teaches the art of paper cut out details similar to paper snow flakes. Cost is $15.00.

Polish Ornament is a one day class. Cost is $15.00 and will include materials to make a small Polish dancer or straw ornament

Workout Classes

Pilates is a six week class that teaches body awareness and good posture through easy graceful movement while improving your flexibility. Please bring mat, towel, water and wear loose fitting clothes. Cost is $35.00 per class.

Cardio Blitz is a six week class that will fine tune your body through aerobic and toning using small weights. Must have workout shoes, mat and small weights. Here come skinny jeans!! Cost is $35.00 per class.
